What Onde is
Onde is a media player and organiser. It arranges, presents and plays the sources that YOU add, and offers news, events, scores and a free prediction game.
Onde does not provide, host, sell or index any audiovisual content, channel, playlist or subscription, and recommends no provider.
Your sources
You bring your own sources (a subscription, an M3U playlist, Xtream access…). You declare that you have the right to access and use them in your country, and you alone are responsible for the content you access with Onde.
Onde does not check that a source is lawful. If you believe content is distributed without its rights holders’ permission, report it to the provider of that source and, as far as Onde is concerned, under the takedown policy.
Prohibited uses
You may not use Onde to access works without their owners’ permission, to circumvent a technical protection measure, to redistribute content, or to infringe a third party’s rights.
Third-party information
News, deals, events, scores and market data come from public third-party sources. They are provided for information, with no guarantee of accuracy or availability. Titles, images, crests and trademarks belong to their owners; Onde is not affiliated with any of them.
Prediction game
The prediction game is free: no stake and no money or prize to win. It is for people aged 16 or over. Choose a nickname that does not reveal your identity.
Purchases
Any purchase goes through the App Store or Google Play, which handle payment, cancellation and refunds under their own terms. A “lifetime” purchase lasts for the life of the Onde product, for as long as it is offered.
Availability and liability
Onde is provided “as is”. Onde’s online services (news, scores, AI, sync) may change or stop. To the extent the law allows, the publisher is not liable for third-party content or for interruptions by the provider of your source.
