Reporting and removal of content

Last updated : 2026-10-22

Onde’s role

Onde does not provide or host audiovisual content: channels, films and series come from each user’s own sources. Onde does, however, handle the news, images, scores and other information it displays itself.

How to report

If you are a rights holder or their representative, write to [À COMPLÉTER : adresse e-mail de contact] with: the identification of the work or item concerned; where it appears in Onde (screenshot, address); your contact details; a good-faith statement that the use is not authorised; and a statement, under your responsibility, that you are the owner or their agent.

What Onde does

Onde reviews each request and answers within a reasonable time (target: 5 business days). For an item it displays, it may remove it, remove a source from its lists, or disable a feature in a region without waiting for a new app version. The sender may be told the outcome, and the person concerned may object.

Content from a user’s source

Onde has no access to the content of users’ sources and cannot remove it. Send your request to the provider of the source concerned. Onde cooperates with the competent authorities as the law requires.
